What's the purpose of each Account screen?

Account Screen

Description

User Information

Allows you to establish and change your user information, such as email, telephone numbers, question and answer script, and password. You can also view your user role

Account Information

Allows your company account information to be established

Account Request Queue

Allows you to view all there requests made under your account

User Management1, 2

Allows the addition and deletion of users with access to your system, and also each user’s contact information, log in account, system role, and authentication information

User Group1

Allows the addition and deletion of user groups and the association or specific users with each group

Contact Group1

Allows the identification of specific users in each user group to be notified and the notification method

Server Image Management1

Allows the management of all of your organization's server images

   Key:  1=options for your organization's Gateway Administrators only, 2=read-only option for your organization's IT Architects
