Cancel a validation request

When you submit an infrastructure to Grid Operations for validation and subsequent activation, the infrastructure transitions to Pending state.

 

You can cancel your submission request, and if the change to the infrastructure has not yet been validated and implemented, the infrastructure remains in Pending state.

To cancel a validation request

Follow these steps to cancel a request:

  1. From the Infrastructure Chooser on the Main Page, select the infrastructure. It will be in the Not Deployed view with a status of Pending.

  2. Open the infrastructure in the Editor.

  3. At the right-hand side of the Editor screen, click the [Cancel Submit] button. [Show me]
    A message appears asking you to verify that you want to cancel the validation of the infrastructure.

  4. Click [OK] to verify, and the submission is cancelled.
