Edit a ticket

To edit a ticket, follow these steps:

Go back

  1. Go to the Tickets view in the Support Center. [Show me]

  2. Locate the ticket using the Summarized Ticket Display. [Show me]

  3. Select the ticket.

  4. At the top left hand side of the screen, click [Respond].
    A screen appears for you to fill in.

  5. Add your response or comments, and then click [Respond] again.

  6. Your comments are added to the Detailed Ticket Display area.
