To edit a ticket, follow these steps: |
Go to the Tickets view in the Support Center. [Show me]
Locate the ticket using the Summarized Ticket Display. [Show me]
Select the ticket.
At the top left hand side of
the screen, click [Respond].
A screen appears for you to fill in.
Add your response or comments, and then click [Respond] again.
Your comments are added to the Detailed Ticket Display area.
