Your user name and password are initially assigned by your Grid Operations when your account is set up. You're encouraged to change your password once you're logged in. |
The Gateway does not enforce any sort of minimum length or other security constraints. Passwords are case sensitive and have a maximum length of 30 characters. Special characters are allowed.
