The Monitor allows you to remotely choose, configure, and deploy a variety of monitors and associated alarms in your infrastructure. The layout of the Monitor includes the main Monitor page, where you first enter the Monitor area, and a Monitor Window.
The Monitor Window, reached through the main Monitor area, is where you perform the actual activities. The Monitor Window can be launched for a specific server group, for server-specific monitoring, or globally, for a whole infrastructure. |

Note: By default, the Infrastructure Display and Infrastructure Details display the last infrastructure selected.
In addition to the main Monitor page, the areas that are unique to the Monitor are:
Monitor Window - where you set up, configure, edit, delete, and view monitors or alarms (there are four variations)
Monitor Option Buttons - how you perform various operations in the Monitor [Show me]
Display Refresh - how you can refresh the view you see in the Monitor [Show me]
Shared - these areas are shared elsewhere in the Gateway
