Monitoring tickets for backup failure

The backup process is monitored by the Gateway application, which reports when the process begins, ends, or fails.

 

If a backup fails, and your Gateway version has ticketing, you'll receive a ticket in the Gateway Support Center ticket area.

 

 

Important Warning: Watch your Support Center tickets for tickets advising you that the backup failed. This is especially important after restoring an image or making configuration changes.
