Restoring from Backup

If you need to restore data from backup, submit a request to Grid Operations. If your Gateway version has a ticketing option, the request is made by ticket to Grid Operation through the Gateway Support Center.

 

Grid Operations will contact you to obtain more information about the image to restore and work with you to restore your backup image.
