If you need to restore data from backup, submit a request to Grid Operations. If your Gateway version has a ticketing option, the request is made by ticket to Grid Operation through the Gateway Support Center.
Grid Operations will contact you to obtain more information about the image to restore and work with you to restore your backup image. |
Important Warning: After restoring an image, watch your Support Center tickets for tickets advising you of any problems.
