Terraspring will provide customers with access to advisory services to ensure notification of patches. The Grid Gateway will notify customers as to the availability of new patches and upgrades that are applicable to their infrastructure configuration. |
As a convenience, the Gateway will also provide a Terraspring repository, from which customers can download patches and upgrades. At a minimum, the notification will be limited to operating systems and other software contained in our Stage 1 Image Library.
The Terraspring Gateway will also notify users when Terraspring has directly revised Stage 1 images through the installation of a 3rd party patch or upgrade. The customer remains responsible for the update process for their live images.
Note: The customer can subscribe or un-subscribe to any Stage 1 image notifications, regardless whether that image is currently deployed or not. Subscription changes are made through a Support Ticket.
