A customer subscribes to a particular service level for an infrastructure, but it is possible for an infrastructure to be subscribed to more than one type of backup service. |
Users configure backups through the Gateway. User defined parameters and user requests are specified directly to Grid Operations by phone or by a ticket submitted through the Gateway Support Center. The user receives notification of backup events through event alarms.
