Event Flex is a special service that's an option of both the Basic and Flex Services. It allows you to extend your computing capacity, for a short period of time, beyond the normally subscribed levels within the Basic or Flex Services.
If you foresee an event that will dramatically increase your need for computing capacity above the limits of your current service for a relatively short period of time, for example, a new product launch, a public relations push, or other special occasion, contact a Terraspring representative for more information about the Event Flex Service. |

The Event Flex features are:
Optional service of the Basic and Flex Services
Raises capacity limit of existing service
One week maximum duration
The following conditions apply to event flexing:
Users must give Terraspring advanced notice prior to the date they require the additional capacity to be activated.
The additional capacity is added to your infrastructure for an agreed upon period of time, generally less than two weeks, depending on availability.
Users of Event Flex Service pay for the use of additional capacity at a higher relative price per SU than they pay for either Basic or Flex Services. Furthermore, users must pay for all capacity reserved, used or unused.
