User and account information

Initially, creation and management of your account is managed through your Terraspring Sales Professional.

 

Once established, the Grid Gateway and associated systems allow a customer to request changes to their accounts, including the addition or removal of uses with role permissions. Changes are effective with five (5) minutes of the request through a Clarify ticket.
