Once your infrastructure is configured and activated, the Grid Gateway allows you to make live updates to your device configuration parameters through the creation and application of disk image copies, also sometimes called snapshots. |
This capability allows you to create disk-based image copies of your final software installations. The disk images are used to enable server flexing and automated device failover capabilities. Additionally, you can perform maintenance operations through the remote root/administrative access to all devices within your infrastructure.

Note: Taking a snapshot takes approximately 21 minutes/9GB. Flexing (adding a server) takes approximately 21 minutes/ 9GB.
