Your Gateway computing services are those services that comprise the types and capabilities of the options included in the Gateway software package purchased by your company.
The available computing service options allow you to remotely architect, configure, deploy, and flex an infrastructure comprised of industry standard servers, firewalls, and load balancers. |
Terraspring offers a choice of the following primary options:
Flex Option - the minimum level of production service (includes flexing)
Event Flex Option - ability to flex for specific events
Open Flex Option - virtually flex-on-demand
The Service Option features are:
Creation and/or design of infrastructure configurations based on a set of typical devices
Designs can be custom or derived from templates that come with the software
Remote root and/or administrative access to all devices within an infrastructure
Ability to remotely install and update disk image copies or configuration parameters on devices within the infrastructure
Note: Security from external entities on the Internet is the customer's responsibility.
